Family with children, great place to unwind
Let me tell you, the rooftop pool was very nice! I lounged up there for hours with a cold drink in hand, soaking up the sun. And I can't forget about the staff. They went above and beyond, especially Shoval and Michael at the reception, who were just so helpful. They made everything easier for us.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering fine views and a fun atmosphere for the kids. Plus, the location is fantastic, right near Carmel Market where we found amazing local food and shops. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us.

My check-in experience was frustratingly painful. The reception manager was incredibly unpleasant, arguing about the pricing despite clear evidence in my email. It was so stressful having to 'prove' my rate multiple times, especially so close to my arrival.
